Today is the day to remove the cabinets and counter tops to prep the room for our new kitchen. We found someone, on Craigslist, who could use these cabinets and counter tops in a house he is fixing up for his disabled neighbor. He purchased these from us and even helped remove them.
These photos show the before and after.
We have completed the first phase of the backyard landscaping which was to put a rock border around the pool. We had 3 tons of half inch granite delivered and found a good deal on edging from a guy on Craigslist. It was a lot of work, but it is looking good.
Next we are going to sand and stain the deck, put in a sprinkler system, extend the patio and lay sod.
