We purchased this home on March 10th and quickly began working on improvements. The first task was to replace the crappy garage door with a nice new one and the single paned windows with new double paned energy efficient windows. Then we moved in and started getting settled and working on the yard. The entire lot is just under 19,000 square feet which means tons of potential for creating a fantastic backyard oasis. In May, we are planning to gut the kitchen, then redo the flooring. This house is going to be a fun project!
